Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between project management skills (PRMC) and project success (PRS) in the Iraqi construction industry. Collecting information from project managers through accessible sampling. Utilized a cross-sectional design, quantitative research methodology, and Partial Least Square (PLS)-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). According to the PLS-SEM data, all PRMC have a significant and favorable effect on PRS. On the basis of the aforementioned findings, the research contributed to a body of literature in the context of Iraq that may be called a pioneering study with the substantial PRMS findings on PRS.Consequently, the extended model in the context of Iraq could assist future scholars in understanding the significance of the project management factor. The research could also advise construction industry business
