Abstract

Residential builders always try to solve problems as efficiently as possible from various sides to achieve the highest success. The completion cost always swells due to the lack of attention to efficiency in using materials and professional personnel. This research deals with aligning residents with adequate control according to their respective goals. The findings of this study are based on the investigative method that compared traditional technology with the new technology for household affaris to facilitate the public. The research concluded that precast foam technology which is currently widely discussed and thoroughly researched, is only at the planning/design and construction stages. However, it is still considered a new field for managing the facilities when the building operates. This study has theoretical as well as practical implications to develop the model sustainable system of housing for the public.
